How to easily avoid the body pain after the weekend outing / trekking ??? A simple Tip!!!

I have seen many of us struggling with body pains on the next day of weekend outing… Especially
this happens after a trekking or after playing Cricket / Table Tennis matches, Swimming etc…, which is not regular in the day to day activities. Usually this will have to suffer by those who sit continuously for work and don’t have regular exercise..



Whatever it is pain in pain.. So how to overcome this??? What you need to do is that, on the same day evening, when you take bath, mix 2 - 3 full spoon of salt to the bucket of water… This has more results if you use slight hot water. Then with this water, take a normal bath as usual. In case of small cuts and bleedings, use Murivenna also.. That’s it…. So now onwards no tiredness after a Saturday outing... Enjoy!!!

Ya ..ya ...Good one.Continous play in sea never make any tiredeness.Salt will increase the production of endomorphin in body and that in turn reduce the oain.
