How to Prevent Summer Diseases like Yellow Fever, Chicken Pox, Red Eye Disease etc… Take Care!!!

Summer is reaching to the peak stage and many of us are falling sick due to the ignorance of taking
care of health. The very first thing we hear every day is to follow the hygienic life style and usage of filtered or boiled water. But need to say that from my experience, it is also important to ensure that your body is not getting hot.. After starting with Yellow Fever or Chicken Pox or other summer deceases, life will be miserable for more than a month with strict diet instead of enjoying your life with good fruits and delicious food. And think about spoiling your valuable leaves.

Summer is the time where the nature is giving us lots of variety fruits. Ensure that you are enjoyed with different kinds of fruits in this summer season and used more amount of coconut water and watermelon juice. it's natures gift!!! Also use at least one bowl of curd and one glass of milk apart from the milk in normal tea and coffee. This itself will cool your body.

Ensure sufficient sleep, especially those who working in nights shifts. If there are sleepless nights, automatically body heat will increase. Take two times bath which is another way to cool your body. And finally, ensure drinking of sufficient water.

It is my ignorance made me to suffer with Chicken pox, around 6 years back, when I had tight schedules at my work for around 3 months. When I called to my house, my mother asked me the first question about the usage of milk and milk products.. Need to say that.. still I am bit ignorant. But after writing this blog, hope I will take care of myself. So you also enjoy your summer season!!! Be Coooolllllllllllll………
