I have actually recognized the value of Mindez, when my GM introduced me to Dept Heads. I thought, he will be just talking about my new role.. But he started that I am the only one who could handle one of my previous well known tough customer for 3 years!!! Then he asked me, how many Leads changed after I moved out and I responded… yes… within 11 months 3^rd Manager joined. I was really stunned as that's the moment I realized the value of Mindez, which is simple to use, easy to understand in just 10 - 15 mins.

So how to achieve the same opinion for you? The matter is very simple. Use Mindez to become a well performer in your team, in completing your job, but with least effort. That means, you can do more work with in your normal working hours, but you will never feel that you are over loaded. And so finally you can give confidence to your manager for assigning critical tasks to you.

The reason for this blog is my recent experience. I was on a casual talk with my friend, a specialist in his role, a very good team player, has good skills, got best clients but tasks are not moving as per the plan, a real blockage for taking up more responsibilities. I have shared Mindez for his try. After three days I got his exciting first response, the way how I used to get response from other friends. After a week he told me with full of confidence that he is settling down smoothly.

Pleased to update here that I got one more award i.e. Q4 Award for the Project Management, especially for handling the Critical Initiatives.  I hope the confidence I could give to my managers helped me to get assigned with different Critical projects. And no doubt that the simple tips of Mindez helped me for the same.
